These Penthouse apartments are situated in a development where all properties enjoy a spectacular sea view and are all facing the wonderful white sandy beach of Cumbuco. They also enjoy a lush tropical garden setting with 3 swimming pools and separate sections for children. The complex is located directly on the beach and offers direct private access right onto the sand.
The apartments are within a few minutes walk of the little fishing village of Cumbuco with a variety of restaurants, small supermarkets and various other shops. Its only 30 minutes by car (45 minutes by bus) to the wonderful city of Fortaleza. Fortaleza offers everything from modern shopping centers to many fabulous bars and restauraunts which give the city a vibrant feel and also create a great night life.
The Penthouses are distributed over two levels with 2 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms (one bedroom is ensuite) a nice living room area which opens onto a spacious private terrace with outdoor dining area and an open plan kitchen seperated by a breakfast bar all featuring on the lower level. On the upper level up the spiral staircase is another bedroom (or extra louge area) with glass doors which open out to a fantastic large roof terrace area to enjoy the fabulous weather conditions.
These apartments are fully equipped with air conditioning, fitted kitchen with all neccessary appliances, modern furniture and radio / TV. Internet is available by WiFi and there is the security of entrance control to the complex and reception 7 days a week / 24 hours.
Discounts will be considered for stays of 2 weeks or longer
Extras to be paid include electricity usage and cleaning of apartment before departure.
Electricity will only be a small cost, depending on your use of the airconditioning.
