The approximate start date for construction on this development is July 2008,
with an approximate finish date by December 2009
Payment schedule:
To reserve one of the appartments we will require a fee of R$ 3500.00 and this will be deductable from your last payment with a schedule of payments as follows.
30% July 2008 (begining of construction)
20% September 2008
20% December 2008
30% December 2009 (upon completion)
