Dreambeach, the name is telling the truth, this really is a paradise on a beautiful beach.
There will probably never be developed a similar luxurious condominium anywhere. Apartments are not close to beach, they are on the beach. 12 houses placed on 12.000 sqm lot. Walk off the decking and you are in the sand, just metres from the sea itself! The houses are arranged so that all apartments have a direct sea view, even those furthest from the sea. 

Welcome to paradise....... Dream Beach was established in 2006 and these luxurious apartments are directly ON the Beach and located less than 3 minutes walk from the Cumbuco center.
The administrator on Dream Beach takes care of our guests and makes sure that the stay is as perfect as expected. Information folders are available in each apartment, describing indoor equipment usage and what to do and see in the area.
For your comfort we have installed wireless internet.

Seeing at first hand, and becoming part of, the way of life of the '"real" Brazil. Though there is little foreign languages spoken, the international "hand and feet" dialect is widely used, which adds to the charm of Cumbuco. At the center of the village is the praçinha (town square). Surrounding this are many shops, snack bars, restaurants, small supermarkets

At night the praçinha converts into a community meeting place, where the people leave their houses to enjoy the open air atmosphere, and of course to watch the nightly game of football. Often visitors are invited to participate in the game, just as during the day you can join in a friendly game of football on the beach. Be warned though : Like all Brazilians they know how to play the game of football!

We have B-101 & B-102 of these fabulous apartments for rent in Cumbuco.These are front-line beach with fabulous views. Boths apartments are 3 bedroom ensuite with a large dining area, salon and American style kitchen fully equipped  for all your holiday needs. There is a spacious outdoor private terrace with furniture to relax out of the shade of the sun.

A utility room also includes a washing maching and storage space for luggage or watersports equipment. Each apartment will sleep 6 people very comfortable with 2 x double beds and 2 x single beds. There is parking beside with space for a car for each apartment.

Each apartment has a dining table & chairs, sofa, tv, hifi and wifi. You have free use of all the gardens and pool.

There is a maid service available at an extra cost which can be arranged with the manager on site.

There is 24hr reception & seurity service.

Discounts will be considered for stays of 2 weeks or longer 

Extras to be paid include electricity usage and cleaning of apartment before departure.

Electricity will only be a small cost, depending on your use of the airconditioning.

The cleaning fee is R$50.
