A very nice and attractive apartment complex in which all apartments do have 100% sea view. This is a development of 24 apartments (16 apartments with 2 bedrooms and 8 penthouse apartments with 3 bedrooms.
The complex consists of 4 separate buildings with 6 apartments in each building.
All apartments have 100% sea view and are facing the wonderful beach of Cumbuco. All apartments have view to the swimming pool area (32 meters) and the swimming pool has separate sections for children.
The apartment complex is situated DIRECTLY on the beautiful beach of Cumbuco - one of the very best Beaches. In the case of DREAM OCEAN VIEW it is not a question of the distance to the beach - it is ON the beach.
You are within walking distance to the little fishing village of CUMBUCO with a number of restaurants, small super markets and shops and only 30 minutes by car (45 minutes by bus) is the wonderful city of FORTALEZA located. Fortaleza offers everything: shopping centers, night life, restaurants of all qualities and so on).
The apartments in the ground floor and the
first floor have 2 fully equipped bathrooms (one bathroom in one of the
bedrooms), 2 bedrooms and one living room with an open kitchen
solution. They are 100m2 "inside" in addition to a terrace of 36 m2
(ground floor) and 18m2 (first floor). You can walk directly into the
swimming pool from the apartments in the ground floor (all ground floor
apartments starting with B and C).
The apartments are fully equipped with air condition, kitchen,
furniture and radio / TV. As the apartments are situated 2 and 2 in
each floor of each building, they are ideal for 2 families travelling
together, but having the requirement of their own apartment. There is internet available in every apartment and entrance control and
reception 7 days a week / 24 hours.
Discounts will be considered for stays of 2 weeks or longer
Extras to be paid include electricity usage and cleaning of apartment before departure.
Electricity will only be a small cost, depending on your use of the airconditioning.
The cleaning fee is R$50.
