Payment Scheme:
Off Plan purchases: Off plan packages are available before completion of the construction. A reservation fee is required to take your property of the market for 30 days, (e.g. R$10,000 or £2,500 or €4,000 or US$5,000). For ease of payment this can be paid by PayPal. During the 30 day reservation period; all buyer information and contract agreement needs to be obtained. At contract signing a 20% deposit is required. At roof completion a further 30% is requested. At completion 50% less the initial reservation fee is payable.
Summary:
1.Reservation fee to secure property for 30 days – R$10,000; £2,500; €4,000 or US$5,000
2.Contract signing – 20% deposit.
3.Roof completion – 30% down payment.
4.Completion – 50% less initial deposit.
